JOB TITLE : Test Center Administrator (TCA)

The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world. These emerging professionals are part of a growing specialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environments that support people who are taking life-changing exams. The position requires TCAs to verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity in the world.
Prometric employs worldwide TCAs who are highly respected for their ability to lead and control the computer-based test center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures
- Manage the test center, aligning with the test center SOP on daily operation
- Greet examinees and verify identification
- Register and security check for testing
- Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams
- Resolve or report candidate issues with urgency
- Always secure all computer software/testing material safely in the test center
- Reboot computer servers with technical support as necessary
- Report any occurrences outside company guidelines to the manager
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric capacity requirements
- Flexible to the manager assigned testing work
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Diploma required, Master's degree is a plus
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- One to two years of customer service-related experience
- Ability to communicate with candidates effectively and with professionalism and authority
- Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
- Ability to multitask and handle test materials
- Familiarity with computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Explorer, web browsing)
Education and Skills
- A minimum Bachelor's Diploma holder is required;
- CET 4-6 level English language proficiency is required;
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a customer service environment.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operational and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
- Ability to multitask and handle testing material
- Ability to implement efficiencies and productivity enhancements to the existing processes.
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.

- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Exposure to Microsoft Windows-based computer applications
- Flexible during days and possibly weekends, occasionally subject to the demand of testing
