- Job Responsibilities

Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable integrated primary and secondary school innovative Chinese language teaching plan to ensure the quality of education.

Carefully prepare lessons, prepare teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.

Pay attention to the students' learning status, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching levels.

Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conduct scientific evaluations of students' learning situations.

Requirements

本科及以上语文相关专业
