What You Will Do
1 . Supply Strategy & Plant KPI
- Execute the supply strategies to continuously optimize cost, quality, delivery efficiency and supply chain flexibility among all suppliers
- Manage supplier performance and promoto continusous improvement of suppliers
- Participate on-site supplier audits and and capacity reviews, promptly solve problems in cooperation and implement risk mitigation measures
2 . Demand & Supply Planning
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams(Sales, PM, GSOP, DP and Plant Planning) to carry out capacity planning, material demand forecasting and inventory control. Monitor the executation at the suppliers
- Ensure the smooth process of new product mass production ramp-up, maintain stable supply, and solve problems such as material shortage and capacity bottlenecks.
- Formulate weekly/quarterly/annual supply plans to accurately match GSOP demand
3 . Cross-departmental Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Coordinate with the cross functional team and suppliersto promote efficient work implementation and vendor management
- Quickly identify and solve sudden problems such as supply disruption, quality abnormality, cost overrun and logistics delay, and reduce business impact.
- Regularly report supply chain risks, work progress and improvement plans to senior management, and provide data support and decision-making suggestions
4 . Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote PBM culture .
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier development or category management.
3. Proven success with supply and productivity improvement.
4. English language skill (reading, writing) .
5. Soft skill in motivation, communication and conflict management.
6. Familiar with office software (excel, word, ppt) .
