We are looking for a Project Manager to lead professional services engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and create outstanding customer experiences across a wide range of technology initiatives.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, and delivery teams, you will drive execution, manage risks, and ensure project outcomes align with customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, milestones, budget, and quality meet expectations.
- Collaborate with account managers, presales, and technical teams to align project requirements and execution.
- Facilitate resource planning, risk management, and regular project health reviews to maintain delivery standards.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports, action plans, and deliverables.
- Manage client relationships, resolve conflicts, and support presales activities for new opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing within the PMO community to enhance delivery excellence.
What we need to see from you:
- Proven experience in project management within IT or consulting environments, with strong planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities to manage senior-level client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, KPI setting, and change management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, or similar platforms for project tracking and reporting.
- Advanced skills in strategic thinking, mentoring, and process improvement, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of implementing complex IT solutions and experience in presales or solution selling is a plus.
