Join Ericsson as part of the Supplier Quality Assurance Management team. In this role, you will support supplier quality processes, ensure compliance with contractual and sourcing requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across global supply chains.
You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support audits, assessments, and quality governance within Ericsson’s SRM and category management framework.

Support supplier quality activities and follow up on corrective actions

Collect and analyze supplier quality data and develop dashboards and reports

Use AI and data analysis tools to identify trends, risks, and root causes

Support quality documentation including reports and KPI tracking

Research supplier quality best practices and provide actionable insights

Background in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience with data analysis tools and Excel; familiarity with AI tools and SQL is a plus

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
