Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
- Meet sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Clienteling Initiatives:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to create personalized and exclusive client events to enhance client engagement and retention.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
- Actively network and engage with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, and business bringers to promote House awareness and foster partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Store management team to develop clients & prospects initiatives to drive to Store.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Good sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably with a minimum of 30% High Jewelry total turnover
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, storytelling, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
- Engaged, results-oriented, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
