To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.
Soft service
Manage reception, mail service and cleaning work on site
Assist to ensure a good office environment, monitoring cleaning and mail service
Assist to ensure all office equipment and appliances are in good working order.
Ensure sufficient office supplies purchased from approved vendors who deliver timely and accurately.
Office service and events support and assistance when demanded
Assist to SOP work-out, implementation and update accordingly when needed.
Soft Service Payment
Vendor Management
To assist client/FM to select the vendors.
Assist to coordinate, evaluate contractors’ service performance.
Assist to vendor management, including supervising, training and meeting etc
Manage for contractor tracker and related issues across entities
Client Report/Communication
Regular meeting with clients/end users and make meeting minutes. Follow up actions.
Report and submit purchase request for client approval.
Assist to do report work including monthly report (MMR), quarterly report (QBR) and KPI review etc.
LL/BMO communication
Keep good communication with landlord and the building management office (BMO)
Regular monthly meeting with LL and BMO. Make meeting minutes and track actions.
Any other duties assigned by line manager
