You manage the product lifecycle for power electronics and DC grid technologies, including inverters, protection systems, control units, DC switching, and related systems, and you create next generation power electronics and DC grid technologies to accelerate regional EA portfolio increase.

You implement long-term plans for profitable growth of portfolio and drive predictive goal setting with business development to gain forecast transparency and customer requirements.

You are actively involved in solution design for proposals for the regional market, define and implement lifecycle strategies aligned with business goals, regulatory frameworks, and market trends including preparation of make or buy decisions.

You drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and updates, and you supervise product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform roadmap decisions.

You develop and maintain lifecycle documentation including cost analysis and risk assessments, and you collaborate with engineering and innovation teams to find opportunities for offering, development and improvement.
