In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail, dormant, and selected strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales objectives through opportunity development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop account plans and maintain accurate customer and opportunity information to support forecasting and territory planning.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads, converting sales-ready opportunities and maintaining effective lead management practices.
Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing digital channels, account intelligence, and marketing programs.
Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand business needs, applications, and buying intent.
Advance opportunities through the sales funnel while maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting forecasting accuracy.
Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Sales teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
Support eCommerce adoption initiatives by helping customers transition to digital self-service channels and providing feedback to enhance customer experience platforms.
Utilize Salesforce and digital sales technologies, including prospecting, enablement, and engagement tools, while adhering to established sales processes and best practices.
Participate in ongoing learning and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen sales effectiveness and business impact.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in digital sales, eCommerce, industrial sales, or related commercial environments.
Experience working with CRM platforms to manage leads, opportunities, sales activities, and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to manage opportunities and support revenue growth through the sales cycle.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with attention to detail.
Comfort working in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving business priorities.
Willingness to travel as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience selling industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology solutions.
Experience supporting eCommerce adoption, digital customer engagement, or omnichannel sales initiatives.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems within a sales organization.
Familiarity with digital sales technologies, sales enablement platforms, and prospecting tools.
Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth programs.
