DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Team build and development, Motivate high performer and talent management, Support team on problem solving
2.
Lead team to implement GCM's strategic policies for direct material cost reduction, 2nd source implementation, VA/VE, negotiations, etc.
3.
Evaluate and optimize the process and improve work efficiency
4.
Manage team with related KPI, meet or exceed internal/external customer's expectation
5.
Manage team to support Plant operation
6.
Act as escalation point internally and externally for sourcing activities in plant level
7.
Early involvement in new projects lunch
8.
EnvironmentalStewardship support, Supplier SR audit, RBA audit; CMRT, BCP, EH&S
9.
Support internal/external customer audit, take actions and close findings for supplier management section
SCOPE:
Hold accountability and responsibility under the guidance of Director regional category management
- Support Molex DG Plant operation
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree
PREFERRED:
Advanced degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
At least 10 years of experience in sourcing, category management, engineering or procurement
PREFERRED:
Management experience in international companies
Familiarity with Industry Standard, Should Cost Model, related Production Process
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
Good management mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and excellent business sense
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Good Teamwork spirit, and Economical thinking
Fluent English Capability and Good Office software Skills
PREFERRED:
SAP application experience is preferred
