We are seeking an experienced FPSO Interface Manager to lead and align all technical, marine, and regulatory interfaces across our upcoming offshore asset development. In this critical role, you will act as the central operational link between Engineering, Marine, Construction, Class, and external stakeholders—ensuring seamless integration, schedule compliance, and risk mitigation from detail design through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive all technical, marine, and regulatory interfaces across clients, contractors, Class Societies, Flag States, and local authorities.
- Establish and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register to ensure clear accountability, tracking, and timely closeout of all interface queries.
- Manage critical package interfaces, including mooring systems, subsea tie-ins, cargo handling/offloading, custody transfer, and marine utilities.
- Direct interface deliverables against baseline project schedules, actively managing interface risks, Management of Change (MOC) impacts, and design holds.
- Serve as the central focal point aligning Engineering, Marine, Construction, and Operations with external stakeholders.
- Lead regular interface meetings, progress reporting, escalation processes, and audit support through commissioning and final handover.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- 10+ years of offshore oil & gas experience, with a proven track record of managing FPSO / FSO interfaces.
- Deep understanding of Class rules, Flag State compliance, offshore marine regulations, and topsides/hull integrations.
- Hands-on experience coordinating interfaces across detail engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational handover phases.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
