1. Build a privacy compliance protection system around the data life cycle and provide a systematic privacy protection solution for TikTok 2. Responsible for the research and development of privacy compliance tools, optimize the existing system technical architecture, continue to enhance system performance and stability, and improve demand delivery and iteration efficiency 3. Explore and implement the application of AI/LLM in privacy compliance governance, including but not limited to: 1) Build a privacy compliance agent/skill based on LLM to realize the automation and intelligence of compliance governance and other tasks explore the engineering implementation of LLM in data annotation, risk analysis and other scenarios 2) Respond to urgent needs in the direction of privacy compliance, establish a standardized emergency response process, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of compliance responses 4. Continue to pay attention to cutting-edge privacy compliance technologies, including differential privacy, private computing (MPC/TEE), etc., and explore the optimal balance between privacy protection and business availability.
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of back-end work experience 2. Experience in building and optimizing high-concurrency back-end service systems 3. Proficient in at least one of Java/Python/Golang/C++ 4. Familiar with large model (LLM) related technologies and understand Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent and other engineering methods candidates with experience in LLM application development or AI tool chain implementation are preferred 5. Have good team communication and collaboration skills and can promote the implementation of cross-functional requirements 6. Candidates with experience in privacy compliance, data security-related product or platform development are preferred candidates familiar with big data-related technologies, such as Hive, Spark, Kafka, Flink, etc., are preferred.
