WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role works closely with partners of supply chain internal and external, with mixed backgrounds.
- Internal: GC platform business owners, GC logistics, GC planning, Marketplace Supply chain, GC Merchandising & GC finance.
- External: logistic supplier and customer.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
Above 5 years’ retail operation/supply chain/planning experience in FMCG;
Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external customers.
Good knowledge on SAP and BI operation, and with excellent Excel skill setup
Fluent English both written and spoken.
Experience Required (Soft skills):
Goods communication skill via fact and data analysis approaching
Be resilience and keep an open mind while facing challenge and pressure
Team success before individual success
Recognize motives that might underline an individual's or group's actions
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Build smooth collaboration with cross functional teams and external customers to streamline the E2E daily operation process and drive the supply chain areas excellence for order management
Collaborate with cross functional team to implement E2E order fulfilment from pre-season, in season until to post season, including no limited: order taking of pre-season, in-season OB order processing, goods return of post-season, ensure SAP data reconciliation and compliance process. Particularly, to support new capability establishment to drive
Act as the voice of Converse Marketplace to drive within Supply Chain team to secure service delivery with quality and influence capability development continuously. Particularly, to support new supply chain capability establishment to support business growth.
Monitor and manage order fulfillment performance against service level agreements.
Manage read & react orders to fast react to marketplace changes, capture latest marketplace performance, monitor rolling fcst and marketplace inventory level, adjust future order for read & react SKUs by quantity/size to fulfill marketplace demand
Manage agile order & supply chain process, cowork with cross functional team for timelines, deliver on time read & react order placement & adjustment to ensure product GAC & ETA can meet marketplace needs
