Job Description
Review Manufacturing and Technical Audits audit reports
Quickly identify any gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Be onsite in factory and work in process improvement with factory Management
Accompany QIMA auditor onsite during review audits
Review PSI reports and identify failures for improvement with factories
Drive improvement on specific areas within agreed timelines.
Weekly meetings with brand to identify focus points and plan onsite missions
Onsite mission (factories): 65% of the time.
Qualifications

Textile or Mechanical Engineering degree; other engineering degrees may also be considered

At least 10 years of experience in textile/apparel manufacturing and quality

Strong technical background, preferably in garment technology

Not only a QC background, but also solid manufacturing experience

Strong field-based capability combined with office-based reporting and coordination

Ability to train, coach, and influence suppliers with different levels of technical maturity

High credibility with mill engineers and technical teams

Strong problem-solving skills and a structured follow-up mindset

Good written English communication and expression skills
