Strategic and structured thinking: Understand and digest strategic agenda of clients’ ask and breakdown business problems with logic structure.
Client Engagement: Be able to face clients’ management and leadership team to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in leveraging data and digital technologies for competitive advantage.
Industry knowledge: Be familiar with healthcare (pharmaceutical or medical device) and consumer goods industry from either consulting project experience or corporate in-house experience.
Team leadership: Own the experience to lead teams to deliver consulting or in-house projects. Understand how to organize the delivery of a consulting project, e.g. timeline, deliverable description, team set-up, milestone set-up.
Solution Design: Design tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business outcomes, leveraging your expertise in data analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations, utilizing tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization libraries.
Model Development: Develop predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning pipelines to solve business problems and optimize decision-making processes.
Implementation Support: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the deployment process.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in applied intelligence, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and sharing knowledge internally and with clients.
