- Five to eight years of sales and marketing experience in the chemical industry, including three years focused on sales management in the rubber and related products sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Assertive, articulate, and goal-oriented, with excellent business acumen, judgment, and strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience managing within a complex distributorship environment.
