Key Responsibilities
（1）Business Planning & Project Execution

Lead the overall implementation and execution of SK-II Sephora channel-related business projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and drive retail target achievement.
（2）Store Operations & Activity Management

Drive the execution and optimization of Sephora store FMOT display standards.

Efficiently implement in-store activities and promotional projects.

Empower Beauty Advisor (BA) teams to enhance frontline execution and consumer conversion performance.
（3）Client Management & Collaborative Partnerships

Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with various departments at Sephora.

Promote effective operation of client-side execution and feedback mechanisms.

Foster long-term cooperation and win-win outcomes between the brand and the channel.
