Employment Period
Mid-July to mid-August (1 full month; specific start/end dates confirmed after hiring).
Compensation

Duties
1. Offline Camp Teaching (China): Teach at offline camps in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities. Take charge of the academic affairs and management of the camp, including designing academic courses, preparing lesson plans, delivering in-person debate and speech training for campers, providing academic guidance, and traveling between camps (transportation and accommodation covered by us).
2. NHSDLC Summer Tournament: Serve as a judge to fairly evaluate debate rounds and provide constructive feedback; direct the tournament and assist with tournament management, including coordinating schedules, arranging competition rooms and ensuring smooth on-site operation.
Requirements
– Experience in speech and debate teaching, camp instruction or tournament judging; familiarity with PF/JWSD/Speech OO formats and rules
– Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and ability to adapt to travel and busy work schedules.
