Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

According to customer specifications, prepare corresponding project equipment technical requirements and document templates. Prepare project design schedule based on VDRL for review by department managers.

Review drawings, calculations, CRS and other documents. Responsible for the quality of project design documents.

Responsible for external communication and conveying relevant information to design and drawing personnel.

Complete the design document preparation work arranged by the department manager.

Help designers solve common technical problems in the design.

Support production line to solve technical issues found in work site

Assist Sales team with primary quotations in designing documents, vessel thickness calculations, weight estimations, plan drawings and so on.
- Other assignments as company and/or supervisor required.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or above, majored in Mechanics or Engineering

At least 8 years of working experience in Environmental Protection Equipment related fields
- More than 3 years of drawing review experience
-
More than 5 years of ASME equipment design experience
KNOWLEDGE IN:
-
Standards and systems —Proficient in Section VIII Div.1, GB150 and related standards. Familiar with NB/T 47000, PED 2014/68/EU, EN 13445. Ability to connect different normative differences.

English —Capable of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Can communicate and clarify technical issues through meetings with foreign clients.

Software —Proficient in PV-Elite、SW-6、Auto CAD、Microsoft Office. Familiar with engineering software such as Creo and Nozzle Pro.

Other professional knowledge — Familiar with structural mechanics and material mechanics. Familiar with the characteristics of commonly used metal materials in various chemical equipment. Master the workflow of equipment design, processing, etc. in the chemical equipment industry.
