Evaluate end-to-end workflows as an internal/external customer; identify usability issues (unclear guidance, friction, confusing outputs).

Bachelor’s degree or above (in progress); Master’s preferred.

Major in EE/CS or related fields.

Experience with ARM MCU firmware design/development .

Able to read English technical materials and produce clear summaries.
