负责日本不动产(办公楼、商业设施、住宅)管理项目的收入与支出数据核对,并编制物业管理报告(PM Report)
1. 本科及以上学历,财务、会计、经济管理或相关专业优先;
2. 日语精通(相当于国际一级/JLPT N1水平)。能够通过邮件、电话等方式与日本客户进行有效沟通;
3. 拥有 4年以上财务相关工作经验,侧重于应收账款(AR)或应付账款(AP)领域,有总账处理或定期财务报告(Reporting)编制经验者优先;
4. 持有簿记3级资格证书或具备同等水平的财务业务知识者更佳;
5. 熟练操作 Microsoft Office 办公软件,精通 Excel(熟练使用VLOOKUP、透视表等基本函数进行数据处理);
6. 对数字高度敏感,具备极快的数据处理速度和极高的准确率;
7. 具备良好的抗压能力,能适应快节奏的工作环境,并能接受在项目关键节点时的加班安排。
