As the Construction Supervisor AC, this role is responsible for managing the cost, quality, safety, and schedule of the installation of process and ancillary equipment in their assigned areas. Areas are typically defined by their process function, i.e. Etch, Diffusion, etc. An AC may be assigned to one or more functional area(s). The AC manages the daily workflow, work planning, commercial aspects, quality control, and safety of the “area” as well as coordinates activities with adjacent areas and subfab, fan deck, etc.

- Supervise and be responsible for the EHS activities for the responsible work. To stop any unsafe activities/behavior on site immediately (for all works), make corrections and report to the immediate supervisor and safety engineer/manager in charge.
- Supervise and be responsible for the installation quality of the works being assigned.
- Organized/attended Kick-off Meeting, Package Regular Meeting, Daily Coordination Meeting, Safety Site Inspection, and any other meeting as required.
- Attend Daily Tool Box Meeting, Pre-task Planning review meeting. Required work permit must be in place before work commences on site.
- Review the construction method statement. Ensure that the contractor is following the approved method statement for executing the works on site.
- The AC must, in all dealings with tool Owners, Architects, Managers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Employees, Co-workers, and the public, be tactful, honest and professionally represent Exyte.
- Be intimately familiar with subcontractor's scope of work, bid documents, pricing, quality control, and safety plans.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, owner representatives, other AC’s, owner representatives, .CC’s, schedulers, construction managers, and project managers to safely and efficiently manage the installation of process equipment.
- Review submittals and design packages with a critical view of constructability and safety. Address comments with sufficient detail to allow designers to make changes that support constructability. Provide comments, feedback or approval within the time allotted by the project schedule.
- Understand the contractual relationship between Exyte and the Owner. Understand what the expectations are, deliverables, schedule milestones, quality expectations, specifications, etc.
- Be responsible for subcontract pay applications reviews and recommendations for approvals or disapprovals. Provide accurate information to justify approval / disapproval when required.

- Trade Certificate
- More than 1 years Hook up relevant experience
- Experience in the construction management of multi-stories industrial/commercial buildings
- Testing commissioning of building/ facilities system
