Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-expectation Western brand clients (EU/US/AU). Anticipate needs and enforce professional communication standards.
- Manage & Mentor Team: Lead a team of merchandisers (target size 15+). Establish accountability, assess capability gaps, and implement structured development plans to elevate team maturity.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end merchandising process including product development, costing, sourcing, production monitoring, and logistics. Ensure timelines and quality commitments are met.
- Champion Digital Transformation: Move the team from manual/reactive tasks to standardized, system-driven processes. Leverage ERP/MES and modern digital tools to improve efficiency and data transparency.
Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 10+ years of experience in sportswear merchandising within an OEM/factory environment.
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 15 or more merchandisers.
- Direct, successful ownership of major Western (EU/US/AU) brand accounts.
- Fluent English communication with a professional Western business style.
- Strong decision-making authority and experience in cross-functional collaboration (Production, Quality, Sourcing).
- Experience with ERP/MES or data-driven management environments.
Preferred Profile:
- Western professionals with Asia manufacturing experience.
- Chinese candidates with at least 5 years of experience within Western brand organizations or leading major Western accounts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: RMB 40,000 – 50,000 per month (for foreign candidates; local rates apply for Chinese nationals).
