VICO Logistics is looking for an experienced and challenge-driven Operation Manager – Shenzhen to lead the team in driving efficient import/export logistics operations and supporting key client growth. Key Responsibilities Promote digitalization and system application Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to enhance key client satisfaction Lead and develop the operations team, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Drive LCL and FCL operations, optimize processes and costs Manage full-chain logistics operations at Shenzhen port (sea/air/land)
Requirements Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus Proficient in logistics systems and Excel data analysis Familiar with Shenzhen ports (Yantian/Shekou) and the South China logistics ecosystem Must have LCL operations and management experience 5–8 years of international logistics operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in team management Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary (negotiable) Paid annual leave plus statutory holidays Clear promotion and training opportunities Multinational company platform with exposure to global clients and projects How to Apply Send your CV to:
