In this remote job role, you will be responsible for the operations and sales support stages of the trip planning process.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assist Project Manager with proposal files, powerpoint presentations, booking files and WeTravel set up.
Possible assist preparation of calc files with more experience.
Detail oriented, adaptive, flexible, dependable and patient.
Good communication skills, and work closely with our Asian Project Managers.
Good time management and organization skills.
Willingness to take pressures and responsibilities.
Good team player and able to handle multiple tasks.
Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Working Location
Full time remote work, ideal location is in Shanghai and/or Beijing.
