About the Role
Implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on debt product issuance and investor need and feed back to sourcing underwriting staffs.
- Assist in due diligence & feasibility studies and support drafting relevant reports.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with investors such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks and pension funds to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation.
- Monitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.
- Liaise with investors during full life-cycle of product to coordinate post-investment events.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university.
- Experience: At least 4-year experience of debt product issuance or sales in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.
- Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
- Strong communication, activity planning and interpersonal skills.
- Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
