About the role:

What this job involves:
严格遵守各系统安全操作规程,防止发生事故。
依时到达工作岗位,负责对管辖区域进行巡检、完成报修工作,对当值时发生的问题应及时处理,紧急及疑难问题应及时向工程经理汇报。
电梯的性能、构造和使用方法,每天按要求准时开启和关闭电梯,确保电梯的正常运行。
配合电梯专业公司完成周、月和年度保养的任务,并检查保养质量,经确认后记录存档保管。
及时处理应急停机故障,接到应急故障后应迅速奔赴现场,先将电梯中被困人员救出,然后排除电梯故障。
做好电梯、电梯间和电梯机房的清洁工作,做到无污迹、无灰尘、无垃圾。
积极参加业务学习和技术培训,提高业务技术水平。
负责核实电梯设备维修、保养计划完成情况,按照项目要求进行周及月进行汇报。
负责每年电梯年检工作。
负责电梯设备设施运行数据、状态的统计、分析和日报、月报、季报、年报工作。
适时修改电梯工作中所需的指导书、表格。
完成给电梯维保单位完成情况评审工作,外包工作进行监督。
配合各工种的工作,完成领导交给的其它任务。
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
2年以上物业项目电梯运维管理工作经验,同时具有空压机管理经验者优先,具备基本机电设备故障分析能力,持有特种设备安全管理员证;
有较好的沟通能力及团队协作意识;
能使用office办公软件、CAD等;
有甲级写字楼或大型制造业工厂工作经验优先;
持有电梯上岗证。
