PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist the Director and the team on coordination and daily administration, including regular reporting, data coordination, meeting prep, meeting schedule, and ad-hoc project supporting.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
1. Administration and reporting
- Meetings coordination
- Digital and Omni-channel Activation calendar update
- Assist the Digital and Omnichannel team with admin tasks, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting data support, competitor clippings, etc.
- CRM Team magazine management.
- Ad-hoc project support by request.
- Purchase order creation for content and digital marketing team based on request
- System management
Team logistic management.

2. Schedule Management and Meeting Preparation:
- Meeting preparation and timeline management for local weekly status meeting; monthly meeting with central counterpart.
- Other presentations by request of Digital and Omnichannel Director
3. Daily Admin Support to Digital & Omni Director

Technical skills:
- At least 2 years relevant working experiences as assistant, EC & Communication area background is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
