Bachelor degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related technical filed
A background in intellectual property law or related studies is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the patent field, including prior art search, drafting and prosecution
Knowledge of automotive structures and components is highly desirable
Experience in organizing IP-related events or awareness initiatives is a plus.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is an advantage
Demonstrates initial leadership potential, showing accountability and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities beyond core tasks
A collaborative team player with agility and innovative thinking, able to express ideas clearly and effectively
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
