Bachelor or above, Management, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Actuarial etc.
Multiple years of experience in marine insurance (Hull and Cargo) (at least 8 years) including BD, underwriter, claim adjuster, risk manager, etc.,
Being familiar with domestic marine markets including insurers, reinsurers, IG, marine distributions, etc., and willing to build connection with markets
International background and knowledge on overseas markets is preferred.
Professional marine knowledge, excellent placing skills, and abundant experience in practice.
Fluent language capability in Mandarin and English both in speaking and writing
Good English and Chinese communication skill
Enthusiasm in working as a marine broker and communicating with target clients
