"1. Support the development and execution of the APAC aftermarket supplier and category strategy in alignment with regional business priorities.
2. Act as the category buyer for the assigned scope, identifying sourcing solutions that balance cost, quality, delivery, and business requirements.
3. Manage negotiations with internal and external suppliers, resolve issues and disputes effectively, and build constructive, long-term supplier relationships.
4. Identify, assess, and develop new suppliers to support business growth, supply continuity, and competitive sourcing strategies.
5. Lead supplier development activities to improve supplier capability, product quality, delivery reliability, and cost competitiveness.
6. Drive cost-out initiatives in partnership with operational and functional teams to improve profitability and business performance.
7. Support portfolio and category analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement, supply optimization, and profitable growth.
8. Prepare reports, analyses, and business updates to support decision-making by the Aftermarket business team.
9. Establish, manage, and improve processes that strengthen functional excellence, execution discipline, and operational efficiency.
10. Support pricing execution and supplier readiness to enable business footprint expansion and regional growth.
11. Manage category-related capital expenditure within the assigned scope, where applicable."
