Facility Manager of the our regional account responsible for all account operation, client management, financial performance, organic growth. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Facilities Manager to lead the facility management operations for the our key client. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of the building’s physical assets and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of building systems, and a proven track record in managing high-profile commercial or institutional properties.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Excellence & Service DeliveryOversee day-to-day facility operations, including hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety) and soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management).
Ensure all facilities operate at peak performance levels, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset lifecycle.
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) tailored to the NDB Project’s specific requirements.
Manage vendor performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and service level agreement (SLA) enforcement.
2. Client Relationship & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the single point of accountability for the client regarding all facility-related matters.
Conduct regular meetings with client stakeholders to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for value-add services.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs), highlighting key metrics, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
Proactively manage tenant/occupant experience, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive environment.
3. Financial Management & BudgetingDevelop and manage the annual operating budget (OPEX) and capital expenditure budget (CAPEX) for the NDB Project.
Monitor expenses against budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or safety standards.
Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted rates.
4. Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance (HSE)Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and JLL’s global HSE policies.
Lead risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Manage emergency preparedness drills and response plans.
Maintain accurate records of certifications, permits, and regulatory filings.
5. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of facility engineers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage rostering, training, and performance evaluations for direct reports and subcontracted staff.
6. Sustainability & InnovationImplement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and carbon footprint.
Leverage technology (e.g., CMMS, IWMS, BMS) to optimize operations and data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions to the NDB Project.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in facility management or hotel operation, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience managing large-scale commercial complexes, corporate headquarters, or institutional buildings is preferred.
Prior experience in the IFM industry is highly desirable.
Technical SkillsUnderstanding of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Life Safety).
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
