1.Understand robot functions, operating principles, use scenarios, and human–robot interaction processes, and translate product needs into executable task tests and human factors evaluation plans.

2.Design and conduct human–robot interaction and collaboration tests for service robots, collaborative robots, mobile robots, exoskeletons, wearable robots, and other embodied intelligent products.
面向服务机器人、协作机器人、移动机器人、外骨骼、可穿戴机器人及其他具身智能产品,设计并执行机器人交互和人机协作测试
3.Evaluate task completion, operating efficiency, collaboration fluency, motion predictability, sense of control, trust, learning effort, error recovery, and user experience.
评价任务完成率、操作效率、协作流畅性、动作可预测性、可控感、信任、学习成本、错误恢复和使用体验
4.Assess user performance and interaction issues in typical tasks such as approaching, following, avoidance, handover, co-manipulation, carrying, and physical assistance, as required by each project.
根据项目需要,评价机器人在接近、跟随、避让、递交、共持、搬运和辅助等典型任务中的用户表现及交互问题
5.Identify unintended movements, response delays, trajectory anomalies, intent-recognition errors, collaboration interruptions, incorrect actions, and unsuccessful recovery, and analyze their impact on task performance, user behavior, and experience.
识别机器人误动作、响应延迟、轨迹异常、意图误判、协作中断、错误执行和恢复失败等问题,分析其对任务完成、用户行为和体验的影响
6.Collect and align user behavior, task performance, robot operating states, system logs, sensor data, motion trajectories, force or torque data, and other relevant human factors data.

7.Manage multi-device recording, event marking, and time synchronization to correctly align robot states, environmental events, and user responses.

8.Combine robot system data with user performance to distinguish among system performance, interaction strategies, task design, environmental conditions, and individual differences.

9.Participate in human factors risk evaluations involving unintended contact, accidental activation, understanding of emergency stops, hazardous approach, incorrect expectations, and operating burden, without assuming responsibility for functional safety certification or regulatory compliance.
参与意外接触、误触发、紧急停止理解、危险接近、错误预期和操作负担等与安全相关的人因风险评价,但不承担机器人功能安全认证或法规合规职责
10.Prepare test plans, evaluation reports, and presentation materials in both Chinese and English, communicate results to clients and internal teams, and, during onboarding and the initial phase of business operations, collaborate with the Shanghai team as needed while progressively developing the ability to independently complete robotics interaction and human factors evaluation projects from planning to delivery.
使用中英文撰写测试方案、测评报告和汇报材料,向客户及内部团队沟通结果;入职及业务开展初期,可根据需要与上海团队协作,并逐步具备独立完成从方案到交付的机器人交互与人因测评能力
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomechanics, Human Factors Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.Project, internship, research, or work experience involving robots, embodied intelligent products, human–robot interaction, test systems, or related applications; outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply.
具有机器人、具身智能产品、人机交互、测试系统或相关应用的项目、实习、科研或工作经验;优秀应届毕业生亦可
3.Understanding of the basic operating principles of robot systems, sensors, actuators, and human–robot interaction, with the ability to learn unfamiliar robot platforms and test methods.
理解机器人系统、传感器、执行机构和人机交互的基本工作逻辑,并能够学习不熟悉的机器人平台和测试方法
4.Fundamental knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and data quality control, with the ability to identify key variables, confounding factors, and test execution issues.

5.Proficiency in at least one suitable data analysis or programming tool, such as Python, MATLAB, R, or C++, with the ability to process, analyze, and visualize test data.

6.Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: ROS, sensors, communication protocols, system logs, multi-device data integration, or time synchronization.

7.Ability to analyze test results by combining robot operating data with user behavior and task performance, and to explain the applicable conditions and limitations of the conclusions.

8.Strong Chinese and English communication, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to read robotics and technical documentation, prepare test reports, and communicate with product, engineering, technical, and client teams in both languages.

Priority Conditions:
1.Project experience involving service robots, collaborative robots, mobile robots, exoskeletons, wearable robots, or other embodied intelligent products.

2.Experience with ROS or robot data recording, processing, and analysis.
