Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating inspection and auditing projects within the renewable energy sector. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with requirements, identifying potential areas for improvement, and facilitating the smooth execution of projects. You will be responsible for driving project success, maintaining client relationships, and promoting a culture of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Quality Assurance and Auditing:
- Oversee renewable energy project inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and inspection results to provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring services to meet their expectations.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, findings, and recommendations.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of inspection and auditing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, environmental sciences, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years proven experience in PV module Quality role.
3. Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Around 20% travel requirements.
