The GC HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that support business growth across the Greater China region. The role oversees all HR functions for both office and retail employees, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and employee engagement.
In addition, the position leads the General Affairs function, ensuring effective office administration, workplace management, and employee services. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution and thrive in a growing multi-site retail environment.
