About the Role
Accurately and efficiently manage registration, accounts, settlement, and clearing of insurance asset management products to ensure compliant and stable operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage share registration, investor account setup, and daily maintenance for insurance asset management products (e.g., private debt plans, equity plans, segregated accounts, etc.);

Perform daily system clearing operations, including processing subscriptions, redemptions, dividend distributions, conversions, and non-trading transfers;

Coordinate effectively with clients, custodian banks, and internal teams (Product team, Risk, Finance) to ensure accurate and timely data exchange and fund settlement;

Maintain product system parameters to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of product configurations;

Prepare and verify registration-related reports; support regulatory reports, audits, and internal/external data requests;

Participate in related system testing, go-live validation, and operational process improvement initiatives;

Respond promptly to client and partner inquiries regarding account balances and holdings; resolve exceptions and ensure timely closure;

Draft and maintain related procedures\mannuals;

Other investment operations tasks assigned by team leader.
Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong business sense and understanding of financial industry and investment activities;

Strong capabilities and working knowledge in reconciliation or data management operation;

Demonstrates flexibility and ability to multi-task;

3+ years of working experience in investment operations.
