Your Job
As a Test Engineer, you will provide comprehensive test engineering support by developing and maintaining production testing processes. You will help ensure stable production, robust RF test performance, successful product launches, and customer satisfaction.
Our Team
You will join the Operations team and report to the Production Manager. The role works closely with production teams, RF and line technicians, and global PTE partners to translate RF specifications and test theory into reliable manufacturing execution.
What You Will Do

Maintain and standardize test documentation in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Escalate production testing issues promptly and troubleshoot abnormalities in antenna RF testing.

Improve and maintain production RF fixtures and test software.

Lead maintenance and calibration activities for test equipment, including network analyzers, power supplies, and related instruments.

Collaborate with global PTE teams to understand RF specifications, testing theory, and procedures, and ensure disciplined execution in production.

Partner with global PTE teams to support successful new-product launches and ramp-up to mass production.

Deliver testing reports on time, including RF performance data acquisition and trial-run test reports.

Analyze test data and drive continuous improvement in test performance, methods, and solutions.

Support analysis of production failures and customer-returned parts, and recommend necessary corrective and improvement actions.

Develop and train RF technicians and line technicians.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.

Three or more years of relevant testing or RF experience in the electronics or automotive industry.

Knowledge of RF fundamentals, including transmission-line theory, S-parameters, basic antenna theory, communications, and PCBA circuit theory.

Experience with RF test equipment and hardware such as network analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition equipment.

Basic English communication skills, including the ability to read technical documents and emails and communicate on routine work matters.

Computer and programming skills, including experience with HP VEE and Microsoft Office.

Ability to analyze problems, collaborate effectively, work proactively, manage workload, and follow role-specific safety requirements.
What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with antenna testing.

CET-4 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 procedures.
