In the international search advertising team, you will have the opportunity to work on issues related to large-scale distributed storage and architecture, natural language processing, sorting, and information retrieval. You will also be deeply involved in the innovation and optimization of our advertising styles, creative displays and advertising delivery links. Participate in the development of large-scale advertising systems, including recall/sorting/relevance modules, etc. 2. Participate in the development and iteration of advertising delivery and model architecture 3. Participate in the optimization of advertising link engineering performance 4. Cooperate with product managers, data scientists and product strategy & operations teams to define product strategies and functions.
1. Obtain a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or other related majors 2. Have excellent programming skills and hands-on ability in C++/Golang programming, as well as debugging and optimization skills in other general programming languages 3. Have certain industry experience and good understanding in one of the following fields: recommendation system, advertising system, search engine, e-commerce 4. Have review skills and be able to propose solutions to problems in a clear and concise way 5. Good collaboration skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams.
