Create outbound delivery orders in SAP based on shipping requirements from PMS (Project Management Service) and PA (Project Administration)

Transmit delivery orders to warehouse teams for preparation and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Monitor order status and resolve system or logistics exceptions to prevent shipping delays

Customer & Stakeholder Support

Respond promptly to inquiries from PA and PMM (Project Management Managers) regarding spare parts availability, lead times, and shipping schedules

Provide accurate, real-time information to support customer commitments and project timelines

Escalate critical shortages or delays to relevant teams with proposed mitigation actions

Emergency Response

Serve as on-call planner for emergency spare parts shipments on a 7×24 basis

Execute urgent delivery orders outside regular hours to minimize customer equipment downtime

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and freight teams for after-hours dispatch readiness

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Generate and submit operational reports on time (daily/weekly/monthly as required)

Analyze planning metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Support process optimization initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, order management, or logistics coordination

Proficiency in SAP (SD/LE modules preferred) with hands-on delivery creation experience

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to participate in 7×24 on-call rotation for emergency shipments
