Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of servers and data centers
Hands-on experience with Microsoft server technologies, including Windows Server 2012 or later and Active Directory services such as DHCP and Group Policy
Working knowledge of Linux administration, including CentOS and Red Hat
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to assess current operations and drive process improvement
Experience supporting IT services in a multinational environment
Knowledge of multi-cloud administration across platforms such as Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud
Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell and command-line tools
Ability to develop and maintain IT documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides
Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure technologies, including Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
Knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere, Site Recovery Manager, P2V migration, vSAN, Hyper-V, and Sangfor
Knowledge of SAN and NAS administration, including platforms such as 3PAR, Nimble, Synology, and QNAP
Knowledge of ManageEngine solutions, including EventLog Analyzer and ADAudit Plus
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools such as PRTG and Prometheus
Familiarity with AI prompts, AI agents, and related technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, or ITIL
Knowledge of hybrid cloud technologies, including Microsoft ADFS and Microsoft Entra Connect Sync
Knowledge of domain management, DNS, and SSL certificate administration
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender
Knowledge of ManageEngine solutions, including Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus
Knowledge of container technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
