We are looking for a dedicated Localization Specialist with a strong background in gaming to join our team on a long-term, on-site part-time basis in Guangzhou.

Translate and localize product documentation, R&D materials, and operational processes from Simplified Chinese into English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Organize, maintain, and refine translation guidelines, style guides, and reference materials to ensure high-quality output.

Develop, update, and manage project-specific terminology databases and glossaries to support efficient and consistent localization.

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in English, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.

Proven professional translation experience with the ability to handle both written translation and consecutive interpretation effectively.

Previous experience in game industry localization (Chinese to English) or LQA (Linguistic Quality Assurance). A genuine passion for gaming and a keen awareness of the market environment are essential.

Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop (PS), and other common office software.

Preferred: Candidates with prior translation/interpreting experience in technical fields, and/or those with a strong command of both English and Japanese.

Work Mode: On-site (Guangzhou Tianhe District office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract Duration: Long-term collaboration, initially 3 months to 1 year (with possibility of extension)
