Job Description: Project Management Intern
Reports To: Project Manager
Location: Shanghai, China
- Maximise client satisfaction by achieving project goals within the agreed-upon schedule and budget.
- Oversee the setup and tear-down of all onsite production and manage rehearsals of the event rundown. Communicate clearly with all vendors to execute project goals.
- Continually develop the agency’s vendor panel. Maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors and sourcing new suppliers that push high-tech, innovation, creativity, sustainability etc.
- Conduct quality checks on suppliers to ensure they are in line with company standards.
- Drive client relationships after projects have been handed over to the operations team.
- Chinese national holding a bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and can be held accountable for assigned tasks.
- Can be tough against adversity.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team with clear communication.
- Passionate about event management.
- Proficient in dealing with Taobao suppliers.
