As a Cleaner清洗操作工you will maintain production containers, tools, and equipment; conduct daily cleaning and waste oil removal to meet EHS and 5S standards. 负责生产容器、工具及设备的清洗与维护，保障生产容器的高效周转；执行车间日常清洁及废油清理，确保生产环境整洁、安全、符合EHS与5S标准。 Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will
1. 容器与工具清洗：及时清洗生产容器、工治具及设备部件，确保清洁度符合生产要求，保证容器正常周转。
2. 车间日常清洁：负责生产车间地面、工作台、通道等区域的日常清洁与卫生维护，保持环境整洁。
3. 废油与废弃物清理：按要求清理样品、不良品及生产过程中产生的废油，并协助合规处置。
4. 5S 现场管理：执行责任区域的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养工作，维持工具、清洁用品定点定位。
5. 设备与工具点检：对清洗设备（如高压清洗机、烘干设备等）及清洁工具进行日常点检，发现异常及时上报。
6. EHS 与安全操作：严格遵守公司EHS规定，正确使用个人防护用品（PPE），规范处理清洗废液，防止环境污染。
7. 记录与交接：填写清洗记录、清洁记录等，与生产班组做好容器交接，确保账实一致。
8. 其他任务：完成主管或经理安排的其他相关工作。
