Act as the strategic business partner of Division GM (CDA) and leadership team, and work closely with Engineered Materials Group and Greater China HR community to ensure business and organizational needs are met through the consistent delivery of HR interventions that are in full accordance with the Win Strategy and Global HR Vision.
Accountable for the compliance with HR related company policies, processes, local laws and government regulations.
Champion company culture, values, and management practices within the Division.
Take the leadership role for the Division's talent planning, talent acquisition, and talent development. Ensure high quality individual, collective and organizational development programs are provided so as to maximize the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the Division succession planning process.
Provide mentoring, coaching, counselling and HR support to the Division leadership team and key talents in the organization.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Human Resources professionals to drive organizational objectives and deliver strategic HR support across the Division.
Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for four locations across China, Malaysia, and India, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company policies.
Perform all other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Economics, Human Resources related.
At least 10 years demonstrated Human Resources management experiences in MNC, familiar with each HR module and practice, experience in a manufacturing or related environment preferred.
Able to operate at a strategic, operational and tactical level.
Mature personality, good interpersonal skills, and effective communication skill in both Chinese and English.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-tasks, high sense of confidentiality & ownership.
