PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To coordinate training programs independently, including Training tester management, Dior House maintenance and BC uniform management.
- To facilitate training schedule and training roadmap, co-work with 3 axis training team and area training team, well organize all training calendar.
- To assist Training Director to arrange all meetings, including design meeting objective, agenda and follow up meeting minutes.
- To support other training projects and programs if needed.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Training Program Coordination:
o Independently manage training testers to ensure the smooth execution of the process and the accuracy of results.
o Maintain the Dior House, including updating facilities and optimizing the training environment.
o Oversee BC uniform management, including forecasting, ordering, distribution, updates, and maintenance.
2.Training Schedule and Roadmap:
o Collaborate with the 3-axis training team and area training team to coordinate the training schedule, ensuring alignment with company goals and yearly calendar.
o Maintain and update the training roadmap to ensure all training activities and courses are properly planned and executed.
o Organize the training calendar, efficiently manage training resources, avoid scheduling conflicts, and maximize training effectiveness.
3. Meeting Arrangement and Minutes:
o Assist the Training Director in scheduling and preparing for all meetings, including designing meeting objectives and agendas.
o Handle logistical support for meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.
o Draft and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring all key decisions and action items are properly documented and followed up on.
4. Support for Other Training Initiatives:
o Provide support for other training projects and programs as needed, including but not limited to the preparation of training materials, execution of training activities, and evaluation of training outcomes.
o Training material: translate and consolidate training materials when needed.
o Training Kit: order, follow up, and deliver Training Kit from Central.
