核心职责
1.销售目标达成制定月/季/年度销售计划跟踪销售进度完成业绩指标
2.客户开发维护制定辖区客户拓展计划开发符合分销标准的线下宠物店、宠物医院等宠物品类专业客户并建立长期稳定的合作关系
3.渠道运营管理推进基础执行达标优化店内品牌呈现及动销方案保障客户满意度打造标杆明星客户
4.品牌价值传递向客户传递品牌理念和产品专业知识参与策划并推进执行线下品牌合作方案。
5.团队协作赋能与跨部门团队充分协作优化OFR/FCST准确率/费用管控等关键性业务指标。
任职要求
1.熟悉并热爱宠物行业认同品牌理念
2.3年以上宠物行业销售经验有连锁宠物店/高端客户渠道资源者优先
3.具备较强的学习能力和意愿能独立完成产品价值传递。
Location: Cheng Du
Core Responsibilities:1.Sales Target Achievement:
Make monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans and achieve sales targets.
2. KA Management:
Develop KA expansion plan, build long-term stable partnership with offline Pet Stores VETs those meet the selective distribution criteria.
3.KA Operations Management:
Promote the implementation of basic standards, optimize brand visibility offtake uplifting plan to ensure customer satisfaction, build superstar KA.
4.Brand Value communication:
Deliver brand food philosophy and product expertise to customer/KA, co-design offline brand collaboration initiatives and drive execution excellence.
5.Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-function team to refine and optimize key metrics (e.g., OFR/FCST accuracy, PL).
Qualifications:
1.familiar with and Passionate about the pet industry, agree with our brand values and food philosophy.
2.3 years of pet industry sales experience, preferably with SPT/VET channel resources.
3.Strong learning agility and ability to independently deliver product value to pet lovers our clients.
