In cooperation with local Fertility team driving successfully all technical support initiatives and build up/maintain CooperSurgical reputation in the assigned region resulting in double digit revenue growth.
Work Environment:
Shanghai, China
Travel internally & externally for business
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of working in clinical embryology practice.
Experience in science and research is required.
Professional certification in clinical embryology is preferred.
Recognized research (publications and presentations) in the field of assisted reproduction is preferred.
Hands-on experience and scientific and technical background.
Successful track record of working in a matrix organization of US/Europe company with other functions including global team, clinical affairs, Marketing, R&D, manufacturing etc
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in biology related science is minimal requirement.
PhD or Master in embryology or reproductive sciences is highly preferred. Equivalent professional degrees will be considered.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a Must.
