Overview
The Ecommerce Merchandising Manager for Crocs is responsible for driving a globally aligned merchandising vision for Crocs. As a Merchandising Manager of E-Commerce, you are responsible for creating a vision for the consumer by bringing together brand creative, marketing initiatives, UX and product.
What You'll Do
Identify product insights through product performances from MPs and feed into pre-season buy plan
Assist Sr Merchandise Manager to align local product story GTM plan cross channel.
Work closely with Marketplace Manager/TP/DP to optimize product assortment and pricing
Help design seasonal events calendars and execute product and promotional plan to meet revenue and product margin targets
Work with the team to analyze business performance and formulate a go forward plan to meet revenue and product margin targets
Provide input to budget planning with detailed bottoms up merchandising plan and highlight any opportunities and risks
Share insights of MPs assortment needs for all Crocs product lines in line with global guidelines and go-to-market calendar, ensuring a consistent look, feel and product representation
Manage seasonal business plans and assortment framework for MPs, project long term product and sales implications and leverage product cycle
Bottom-up assortment planning following local segmentation guideline– SKU width, productivity analysis, FP/BFO, exclusives, EOL, segmentation, tiering & localization by season and by spikes.
Quarterly GTM planning – work with broader Digital team to develop a locally relevant GTM plan linking back to Global marketing and product strategy
Work cross-functionally with merchants in Retail and Wholesale to establish a consistent omni-channel approach for assortment, pricing, pricing set up in alignment to the regional pricing matrix and promotional cadence
What You'll Bring to the Table
Strong understanding of market competition, consumer and market trends, independently utilize resources to increase knowledge
Understanding of content management software and processes for sophisticated merchandising placement
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative for projects and adapt quickly to changes using Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel. Power Point, Word). Advance knowledge of Excel preferred
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English required
Ability to simplify complex messages and influence ideas and initiatives throughout all levels of the organization
