The Regional Communication Manager leads internal and external communications, public affairs, and brand messaging across the region. The role ensures consistent, impactful communication aligned with regional priorities and corporate positioning, while strengthening reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:
– Define and implement the regional external communication plan to strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and reputation.
– Adapt global messaging to local market contexts while ensuring consistency with corporate positioning and brand guidelines.
– Manage regional communication channels, social media, and content to increase engagement and employer attractiveness.
– Coordinate media relations with corporate communications and prepare external materials such as press releases, statements, articles, and speeches.
– Support business announcements, events, customer communications, and thought-leadership opportunities.
– Monitor media coverage, brand perception, and reputational risks to identify communication opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:

– Coordinate communication during change, transformation, or crisis situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — PUBLIC AFFAIRS
– Support regional public affairs activities aligned with reputation and brand objectives.
– Build relationships with relevant institutional, governmental, and industry stakeholders.
– Monitor political, regulatory, and public-policy developments affecting the business or brand reputation.
– Prepare briefing materials, position papers, and stakeholder messages for advocacy and public positioning.
– Coordinate with internal experts and leadership on sensitive public affairs topics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — STRATEGIC SUPPORT & COORDINATION
– Act as a communication partner to regional leadership on brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement topics.
– Align closely with corporate communications, public affairs, and business teams to ensure coherent messaging.
– Provide counsel on sensitive, strategic, or high-visibility topics.
– Manage regional communication projects and brand-related initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent execution.
– Support crisis-communication preparedness and response when needed.
