Your Job
Continuously reduce the total cost of ownership and secure supply. Establish strategies and lead initiatives to implement strategic procurement objectives in the area of indirect spend working closely with various Indirect Sourcing roles and locations.
What You Will Do
Building and Infrastructure Management :
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings, offices, and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire protection systems.

Maintenance Management :
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Health, Safety, and Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain emergency response plans and conduct evacuation drills.
- Ensure fire safety systems are operational and compliant.
Security Management
- Oversee physical security, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with security personnel and agencies.
Vendor and Contractor Management :
- elect, negotiate, and manage service providers.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality.
- Verify compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Prepare facility budgets.
- Monitor operating expenses.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
Energy and Sustainability Management:
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas).
- Implement energy-saving initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

10 years of procurement experience in high-tech component industry.
- 3+ years' progressive leadership experience with supervisory/management role within procurement organization.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in strategic sourcing, application of sourcing processes, procurement operations and integration to procure-to-pay applications.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis, reporting and financial modelling including TCO understanding and analysis.
- Broad knowledge of suppliers and international supply markets for Indirect products and/or services.
- Extensive negotiation experience, both domestic and international.
- Experience and comfortable working in remote environment.
- Travel is estimated at 35% and needs to be accessible via phone to participate in and/or lead global conference calls as required.
